Sustainable Design & Development, LLC, (SD&D) is an organization formed to coordinate and implement the planning, design, marketing, and development of ecological industrial parks.

In 1998, SD&D, along with their consultants and interested parties, developed the first privately funded ecological industrial park in the United States. Located in Londonderry, New Hampshire, the Londonderry Eco-Park showcases numerous environmental design considerations, including: energy efficient design, natural landscaping and recycling requirements.

Sustainable Design & Development, LLC, believes that this type of development will be the norm in the future, and will lead to increased productivity.
