Mr.
Robert Cruess________________
Mr. Robert Cruess, P.E., is President and CEO of TFMoran Inc., a fifty-person
professional services firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, landscape
architecture and land planning.
Mr. Cruess was formerly a Principal with Hoyle Tanner Associates and the Assistant Chief Engineer with the NH Department of Environmental Services. In addition, he is a past National Director of the Water and Environment Federation.
Currently,
Mr. Cruess is a Water Commissioner for the City of Manchester, NH, serves
on the Board of Directors of several organizations, and was recently honored
by Business NH Magazine as one of New Hampshire's "Leaders of the 21st Century".

Mr. Justin Bielagus_______________
Mr.
Justin Bielagus is President of Andover Consulting Group, Inc., a New Hampshire
based firm that provides real estate brokerage, consulting and development
services.
Mr. Bielagus has developed several million square feet of office, industrial,
and real estate space for corporate and investor clients from Maine to Florida
and provided brokerage and consulting services for projects from Austin to
Boston.
Mr. Bielagus has served as the Chairman of the Board at Hillcrest Terrace,
an independent living and assisted living facility, and Fidelity Health
Alliance, a medical holding company. He has aslo served as a board member
of Providence College, Catholic Medical Center, and local and state government
comittees.
