The Londonderry Ecological-Industrial Park is a 100-acre parcel of land strategically located near the Manchester, NH Airport in the Town of Londonderry, New Hampshire.

The focus of the Eco-Park is a state-of-the-art 725 MW, natural gas-fired, co-generation power facility. The power plant is owned by AES and situated on a 44-acre site, with 30 acres devoted to interpretive nature trails and held as permanent conservation land.

By-products of the power plant include both high pressure steam and hot water which will be used by other tenants in the park. By using the excess heat from the cooling process, the overall efficiency of the plant will increase.

The most noteworthy design feature of the Londonderry Eco-Park, however, is the use of treated wastewater from the City of Manchester, which will be used to cool the gas-fired generators.
